Lupines, perennial plants in the pea family, are often called "nobori-fuji" or "tachi-fuji" in Japanese because their blossoms resemble upside-down wisteria flowers.

Enjoy seeing and photographing the 10,000 lupines blooming in a variety of colors on the 4,000 ㎡ grounds.
